Lately we have been trying to do at least half our meals without meat. Those who know me know that I would be okay with doing all my meals without meat, but Sam and Macy like it otherwise. Today I tried a new recipe, and though it may not look appetizing, it was totally good! Even Sam and Macy okayed it (notice I didn't say loved it. just okayed it).
Potato and Lentil Stew. Mmmm.
Macy got a little jealous of the picture taking and insisted on a picture of her too :).
